Cancellation Policy

If you have any changes in your plans or need to extend your rental, please inform us immediately. Any cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival will be subject to cancellation fees of 50% of your rental. Due to the unique nature of traveling to the Hawaiian Islands, NO REFUNDS are given for any cancellations 15days or less before arrival.

Your payment will be processed 30 days prior to rental date.

Qualification for Renting

To qualify for a rental, you must be a licensed and insured driver, be 21+years old and have a major credit card. Special advance arrangements are necessary for a driver requesting to use hand controls.
